“Organization isn’t about perfection; it’s about efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving your overall quality of life.”
I try my best to prepare everything beforehand. Just so that when the time comes for the meals to be prepared, Id be able to get it done in a jiff.
Mr Husband for one is a person who (thankfully) loves to shop. He’d go to Tesco or Aeon and randomly select poultry or fishes and put them in his basket. Once he reaches home however, he doesnt unpack those things and would just shove them in the freezer. Receipt, plastic bag and all.
So I find myself responsible to sort it out. After all, he has done more than what I would expect from any man. It is now my turn to give. I managed to divide the raw materials into sizeable portions for both of us. I ‘siang’ed the fishes, descaled them.. la la la. I managed to cut my fingers in the process too. Ouch.
But this is only the upper shelf. My lower shelf is still cluttered from the ‘fast foods’.
